Its dual-disc design includes 2 scrub brushes that mount side by side to provide a 16 11/16" cleaning path. This unit scrubs up to 10,764 sq. ft. per hour, making it perfect for high-traffic areas such as lobbies, hallways, and entryways. It features a brush speed of up to 350 RPM to effectively lift and remove dirt and grime. Its squeegee assembly includes 2 side-by-side rubber squeegees, which conform to the floor to pick up water as you clean.

This floor scrubber is great for janitorial services, schools, and large commercial facilities. For best results, it can be used with water or any floor cleaning solution. It includes a simple on / off switch and a control panel for easy operation. This control panel allows you to adjust the power level between 3 different settings from low to high.
