While the cotton material of this mop head can endure multiple uses, it is not recommended that it be washed in between uses due to the style of the mop head. Cut-end mops are not bound tightly where the mop head ends, which can cause severe fraying when put in conditions like washing and drying. For this reason, we consider this mop head disposable and intended for a single use. For mops that are intended for long-term use, we suggest a looped end mop, as that style is more resistant to fraying.
