5.0large storage for paper towel. easy to pull, easy to refill. comes with two keys. easy installation and easy cleaning. very happy.

2.0Purchased 2 of these for our restaurant. They look great and feel sturdy, however the big design flaw is that the dispenser opening is sharp and shreds the towels. It also creates a big mess around each of the dispensers from tiny scraps of papers. Do not recommend and will look to replace these.

1.0I don't understand why this product is even sold. As other people mentioned in their review it can't properly dispense napkins. It shreds them as you pull them. Absolutely don't recommend for anyone planning to use this more than twice a day.
