The device will sync every 24 hours or sooner if the unit's fill level has depleted significantly. This unit's VersaHub features require a reliable WiFi connection.

5.0[Customer review of free product.] The VersaHub Wifi-Enabled soap dispensers are AWESOME! The convenience of alerts when the soap level is low is a game charger. We still regularly check our restrooms, but it is much quicker not having to check all of the dispensers each check!
